Refunds:
- The seminar registration form will provide a reasonable cancellation date for which a 100% refund will be available.
- After the above stated date, a refund will be provided only for a hardship case submitted in writing and approved by the Executive Board.
- The Finance Committee will elect one of its' members to be the Chapter "Collector". This individual will attempt to collect any unpaid registration fee(s) greater than sixty (60) days old in the most effective and appropriate manner always using discretion. Any past due payments will be directed to the Treasurer.
- The President or the Finance Committee Chairperson has the authority to stop any collection activities.
- Once an unpaid registration fee is ninety days (90) old, the Treasurer will bring it to the next Executive Board meeting with a recommendation for the discontinuation of collection efforts and it must be approved by the majority of the Executive Board.
